I found my cure for migraines

Lori Migraine Allergies

I suffered for years with migraines. I felt as if my head pain was destroying my otherwise wonderful life. My neighbor suggested I see a “LEAP certified dietitian”. I was desperate and felt I had explored all other options with no relief. I made an appointment to have my blood tested for food sensitivities (different from food allergies). The results showed that I was reactive to 44 foods and chemicals. I followed a diet which eliminated those foods to which I was reactive and as a result, I am now 100% head pain-free and have been for 2 years!!!

After, I discovered Signet Diagnostic’s Mediator Release Test (MRT) and Lifestyle Eating And Performance (LEAP) program, which test and treat food sensitivities. I was so impressed by the results that I became a certified to test and treat others. I had been a registered dietitian for about 20 years before learning about this test, so it was easy to take my training one step further.

LEAP therapists are registered dietitians who are trained by Signet Diagnostics, the foremost authority on food sensitivity testing. My success with this program led to the birth of Live Well Nutrition Consulting, my nutrition consulting business.

If you think foods may be adding to your discomfort, it’s worth exploring this blood test option. While this may read like an advertisement, please know it’s not important whether or not you contact me for help; it’s just important that you get help so that you can get your life back.

Food allergies are drug-free, supplement-free, safe option worth exploring. It totally changed my life. I wish others who are suffering the same good fortune that I experience.
I wish you all the best!

Lori Langer

I earned a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Nutrition at Penn State University and completed a dietetic internship at Indiana University Medical Center. I became registered as a dietitian in 1987 and attained a Master of Arts in Education at Arcadia University in 1996. From 1992 to 1999, I taught science in a Philadelphia suburban school district.

In 1997, I began creating food avoidance lists so that my son, who had dozens of food allergies, could remain healthy. With each passing school year, I made note of information that would be helpful to parents of children with food allergies. These lists grew and transformed for more than a decade. In 2008, I discovered Signet Diagnostic’s Mediator Release Test (MRT) and Lifestyle Eating And Performance (LEAP) program, which test and treat food sensitivities. These were used to eliminate my migraines, sinus discomfort, arthritis pain, and geographic tongue. The results were phenomenal and therefore prompted me to become certified as a LEAP Therapist.
